The temperature-controlled electrolytic process eliminates mechanical, chemical or thermal deformation that often results from conventional deburring methods. Cleaning, inspection and packaging can be performed in our controlled environment facilities designed to control endotoxin contamination.

The Burlytic process is environmentally safe and handles parts on multiple part fixturing that is SPC compatible with batch-to-batch repeatability.
