Our Burlytic® process completely deburrs and radiuses all edges and critical areas with minimal impact on part dimensions and tolerances. The temperature-controlled electrolytic process eliminates mechanical, chemical or thermal deformation that often results from conventional deburring methods. Cleaning, inspection and packaging can be performed in our controlled environment facilities designed to control endotoxin contamination.
The Burlytic process is environmentally safe and handles parts on multiple part fixturing that is SPC compatible with batch-to-batch repeatability. Our capabilities include the confidential record-keeping, inspection, detailed cleaning and careful packaging required for the manufacture of parts to be used in medical and surgical applications.
